POP-UP TENTS
Our pop-up tent rentals are the perfect solution if you need a quick and easy setup for your event. Its compact size and easy-to-assemble design make it a great option for small backyard gatherings, farmer’s markets, craft fairs, and more.
We offer a Self Pick-Up + Return option for those on a budget or those requiring tent rentals outside of Winnipeg. Alternatively, for those who prefer a hassle-free experience, we also provide full-service options, which include delivery, installation, and take-down. The choice is yours, and we are happy to accommodate your needs.
RATES
SELF PICK UP + RETURN
10′ X 10′ POP-UP TENT:
$95 per tent* (standard rental period of up to 3 days)
10′ X 20′ POP-UP TENT:
$195 per tent* (standard rental period of up to 3 days)
*Tents have to be returned clean and in the original condition.
A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if returned dirty. Damaged tents are accessed on a case-by-case basis
FULL SERVICE
Includes delivery, setup, and take-down within Winnipeg
10′ X 10′ POP-UP TENT:
$225 per tent (standard rental period of up to 3 days)
Setup Discount is available if renting more than one tent. Inquire for pricing
Optional solid sides/walls are available for an additional $20 (for all 4 panels)
10′ X 20′ POP-UP TENT:
$325 per tent (standard rental period of up to 3 days)

Optional solid sides/walls are available for an additional $25 (for all 6 panels)
A limited number of mesh walls are available on special requests.
ABOUT THE TENT
The pop-up tents are great for a variety of outdoor events such as small parties, backyard barbecues, farmers’ markets, craft fairs, and fundraising events. It provides instant shade and shelter from the sun and rain making it a versatile option for any outdoor occasion. Its compact size and easy-to-assemble design also make it an ideal choice for those with limited space or time for setup.

Seating Capacity:
Up to 10 people seated (10’x10′ tent)
or Up to 18 people seated (10’x20′ tent)
Standing Capacity:
Up to 16 people standing (10’x10′ tent)
or Up to 33 people standing (10’x20′ tent)
Time Required for Setup:
Approximately 15 – 45 minutes
Setup Requirements:
– Stakes required for all grass installation
– Weights required for all concrete/asphalt installation (weights will incur additional fees)
