We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on individual to support both office administration and day-to-day operations during the busy summer season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of computer-based work, customer service, and the occasional hands-on support at events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for staff, vehicles, tent installations, and take-downs
- Assist with implementing a new CRM system
- Manage emails, customer communication, quotes, and invoicing
- Provide occasional on-site assistance with tent setups, take-downs, and event-related tasks
- Organize and maintain the shop and office so that materials, supplies, and equipment are kept in order. This may require wiping down tent supplies, furniture, or any equipment.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with scheduling, quoting, invoicing, or working with a small business
- Basic social media skills
- Ability to draw simple seating plans or event layouts

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
- Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy. Able to navigate different programs, understand basic computer functions, and troubleshoot minor technical issues independently
- Confident with customer service, handling phone calls, and professional email communication
- Comfortable with both desk-based administrative work and occasional hands-on physical tasks
- Previous experience in administration, events, or logistics is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license is an asset

ROLE DETAILS
Compensation: $18 – $21 per hour, depending on skills and experience
Schedule: 15 hours per week over 3-4 days, with flexible scheduling. Additional hours may be available for candidates who are open to supporting a broader mix of responsibilities, such as tent set-up or take-down, event support, and shop organization.
Term: Summer seasonal role from May 15 to September 15. Start and end dates are flexible for the right candidate.
